3.5 Export
You can save information in four different file types using the export feature.
The export feature is available from any screen that has an export button (shown on
the left).
To export:
1. Click the export button.
2. Select the folder in which you want to save the exported file.
3. Type in a name and select a file type:
Word documents
*.doc
Excel spreadsheets
*.xls
HTML documents
*.htm/html
Basic text file
*.csv
4. Click 'OK'.
5. To view exported information, use Windows Explorer to locate the file then double-
click on it.

Note:
You can quickly export information into Excel and open it immediately on top of ePOS
Office by right-clicking on a report and selecting 'Raise Excel Document'.
